Refund Policy

At Pure Craic, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send back your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. If you have concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us.

Exchanges

For faster service, return your item and place a new order for the desired product once your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition, with proof of purchase and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional processing time.
